Initially I could not for the life of me imagine any use for this book. But then I realized that in this age of prepackaged foods (even spices for one dish use), these things may no longer be common knowledge. The entries are concise and clear. The book is quite short but flows logically and contains all it needs. The drawback is that at the beginning it states that any picture can be enlarged by clicking on it, but there are no pictures in the book I just downloaded. Pictures of eye level viewing of liquid measurements clearly showing the distortion of surface level would be valuable. Besides, the book is formatted perfectly for demo pictures to be added.
The writing is very clean with almost no errors. In fact, the only thing I'd change would be in the abbreviations section and that would be to capitalize the C for cup. Pretty negligible, but this book was obviously written for people who do little or no work with measuring spoons or cups and avoiding confusion with recipe reading is a good thing.
Now that I've reasoned through a justification for this book's being, I like it. I probably would not have purchased it if it weren't free this morning, but I've been cooking for roughly 50 years and had relatives who insisted I learn to measure even though they rarely did. Grandma's recipes actually said such things as "a handful of flour." How do I make that work when her hands were so much smaller than mine? Thanks for bringing back some wonderful memories even if that wasn't intended.

How to Use Measuring Spoons and Cups eBook Jill Meyers Reviews
I like this book because it helps me out a lot with understanding the measurements when u are cooking or baking
This well written ebook is right on target. I have been cooking for years and even learned a few new things. It even address conversions and good tips for hard to measure ingredients. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars??? Well, I didn't see the photos that it told me to refer to. So, either provide the photos or remove the reference to the photos and the author should be good to go.
